Role Designation: Team Lead
Job Sub Level: 4B
Base Location: Pune
Work Environment: US Shift

1. Role Summary:
The role focuses on team management and operations management in a voice environment for
technical helpdesk/support operations.

2. Job Responsibilities:
Conducts periodic reviews with the team, reviews daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to provide
guidance to achieve the desired service levels
Reviews the staffing plan and work allocation to achieve production numbers
Works towards building relationships with client process owners to be able to anticipate and plan for
future issues and challenges
Maintains strict adherence to the quality plan including Quality Control, assurance and Improvement.
Encourages the team members to contribute towards generation of process improvement ideas
Should be able to manage team size in excess of 20 25 FTEs
Ability to co-ordinate and influence people to get the work completed
Experience in hiring
