Roles and responsibilities
We are recruiting for Business Associate in the UK CRM team. Working as team member, your responsibilities will
 The alumni data and community administrator is an essential member of our core team and helps to ensure that
our data quality, targeting, memberships and reporting requirements are fully supported.
 Specifically, there are four key areas of responsibility: Data quality and validation (including using 3rd party
sources to update records such as BoardEx and LinkedIn), list building and segmentation, reporting, and the
administering of memberships (including the allocation of Primary Relationship Owners as required).
 The role will consist of a mixture of regular ongoing activities that are essential to the operational effectiveness of
the team, as well as some ad hoc project based activities.
 Deal with any ad-hoc queries that may arise
 Ad-hoc work as and when the business or line manager requires.
 Liaise with the line manager at all times to ensure that workload is time managed, alerting manager to time
constraints and conflicts.
 Ensure that the knowledge required to perform the role to a high standard is constantly up to date with changing
 Collate and produce Monthly KPI report
 Participate in weekly and monthly Team meetings
Essential skills required
Education / professional qualifications
 Graduates from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute or
equivalent Post Graduation/diploma

Prior Experience:
1+ years of experience in System/CRM administration, reporting and
data management (Experience in a professional services firm would be
an advantage)
Understanding and experience in financial management would be an
added advantage

Required skills:
 Excellent Proficiency in MS Excel including, SAP, or other CRM tools
 Be able to prioritise work tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
 Have exceptional attention to detail and take responsibility for methodically checking their own work and
 Have excellent Excel skills (including vlookup, Hlook up etc) and be practiced at managing large and complex
data sets
 Feels comfortable challenging and asking questions ahead of starting any new pieces of work
 Strong communication skills
