To offer guidance and assistance, through the departmental helpline, on all national client issues relating to SAP. This covers a wide range of topics, from advice on the correct way to complete forms to the most effective method of linking large client group structures. All queries raised will require some degree of investigation and the administrator will need to be aware of applicable procedures and needs.
Produce a daily report for Releasing Clients. The clients will need to be checked for data quality before they are released to the business.
Releasing Clients on the SAP System ready for use by the Business
Assist with NCS Updates via SAP, SAP-CRM and MSD which will include, Role changes, address changes, Client Name changes, SIC code changes etc.
Assist with ad-hoc NCS Projects e.g. Duplicates, Departed Lead Partners.
Speak to clients to collect and set up Direct Debit information in SAP
Process all sundry debit and credit notes in accordance with HMRC policy.
Deal with any ad-hoc queries that may arise
Creating and maintaining internal orders within SAP
Liaising with Partners, Markets, Risk Management and client Facing Staff on client records
Creating and updating Business Partners on behalf of the Treasury Department
Creating 8 series accounts (internal clients) on behalf of WIP & Billing
Keeping the NCS Procedures up to date
Ad-hoc work as and when the business or line manager requires including support for the direct debit banking process.
Liaise with the line manager at all times to ensure that workload is time managed, alerting manager to time constraints and conflicts.
Ensure that the knowledge required to perform the role to a high standard is constantly up to date with changing procedures.
Collate and produce Monthly KPI report
Participate in weekly and monthly Team meetings
Essential skills required
Education / professional qualifications
Graduates from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute or equivalent Post Graduation/diploma
1+ years of experience in System/CRM administration, reporting and data management (Experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage)
Understanding and experience in financial management would be an added advantage
Excellent Proficiency in MS Excel including, SAP, or other CRM tools
CTC : Lucrative hike on current CTC.
